Global Semiconductor & Electronics Corporation (GSEC) is planning to develop a complete Integrated semiconductor & electronics manufacturing ecosystem that will house a number of companies for engineering, software, designing, packaging, components and EMS (Electronic manufacturing services) which will enable the country to develop an entirely domestic semiconductor products’ manufacturing ecosystem, as well as, a global Innovation City for Electronic Manufacturing.
The Objective – To become world’s leading provider for IC back-end services.
The services cover IC chip probing, packaging, final testing and burn in to end products with drop shipments to worldwide end customers. Develop Semiconductor local supply chain ecosystem in India and reduce dependence on Semiconductor Imports.
GSEC is being joined as Director by a number of Senior experienced Professionals in the areas of Sales & Marketing , Technical who are successfully running the Semiconductor Foundry businesses, managing annual revenues of about USD 5 billion and above. GSEC will be managing the infrastructure & operations for the Integrated semiconductor & electronics manufacturing ecosystem.
Initially GSEC would gradually move from the Products to the other segments of the Eco system i.e. from the Product to components to Packaging to Fab. GSEC is coming up with Products with the leading Global EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Companies) of the World.
As mentioned GSEC has been founded by senior Global professionals, covering technology, project management, execution and effective regulatory management.
